Rigg Zschokke successfully tendered for this project and constructed the $6 million 42 bed aged care facility within the tight 12 month time frame. The precast panel & timber framed single level building, siteworks, landscaping and fencing were completed in April 2010. The macrocarpa trims and handrails throughout the building required a high level of finishing, this was achieved by our skilled paint department team. Our joinery craftsmen were responsible for the manufacture and installation of the joinery units.
